Mask holders put the latest MixMob: Racer 1 features to the test in upcoming March MixMadness Tournament

Mask holders get the chance to race, bet, win SUD$, and test never-before-seen game features from March 23–26.

The only thing hotter than the basketball court during March Madness is the MixMob: Racer 1 Arena during March MixMadness! We are 3 days away from kicking off the biggest competition since our End of Alpha tournament — and we have some exclusive new game features that we can’t wait for you to test.

Test the latest game features

Since Alpha V3 ended, our dev team has been working hard to get some brand-new game features ready for the Arena. Now, it’s your chance to test them out. Here’s what you have to look forward to:

Slipstream — Our rubberbanding feature prevents snowballing in-game. The player who is further back will gain speed as they try to catch up to the leader!
Obstacles — If you’re in the lead, watch out. There are glitches in the environment. Be sure to stay on your toes and change lanes to avoid slamming into digital defecation.
Collision — Ram into your opponent to deal damage. Change lanes or speed boost to slam into your opponent and do some mutually assured destruction.
Core Boosters — Fly dangerously by pressing the “W” key! You’ll activate your Bot’s Core Booster which provides a speed boost at the expense of your Health! No risk, no reward.

Competition details

Due to the early nature of these game features, March MixMadness is open exclusively to Mask holders. This is your chance to get a leg up on the competition before everyone else.

Dates, time & rewards

March MixMadness will take place daily during a 5-hour window from March 23rd-26th.
Competition window: 6AM-11AM PST | 1PM-6PM GMT
The Leaderboard will be reset and prizes will be awarded to the top 10 winners each day.

Location & Arena fee

The Arena will swap each day as follows:

March 23rd: Phantom Trial
March 24th: Neolympus
March 25th: Phantom Trial
March 26th: Neolympus

As a special bonus for our Raiders, we will also be drastically reducing the Arena fee (for this tournament only) to 1 SUD$!

Because of the reduced entry fee, please note that the individual race and tournament wins won’t be awarded SUD$. Instead, our top 10 winners each day will be awarded SUD$ in the amount below.

Betting & Spectating

Our betting lounge will be open for the duration of the racing window each day. Come wager and watch the competition to earn SUD$, chat with your fellow spectators, and even earn some bonus MixPoints on The Ladder for placing bets!
